WARRANTY AND RETURNS

EUBMW's limited warranty warrants items for 12 months from date of purchase. This warranty does not include parts that have been improperly installed, misused, or used in unsuitable applications. The Purchaser assumes all responsibility for installation and use. Mechanical ability and/or special tools are sometimes required to install these parts. EUBMW's sole liability from all causes is limited to the value of the merchandise. Liability from any and all causes is limited to the value of the merchandise sold or conveyed. No other liability is either expressed or implied. Ride gently and wear a good helmet.

We will gladly exchange unused parts purchased from EUBMW Only. No exchanges on broken parts or on parts that have been improperly installed or abused. Carefully check your order upon receipt and notify us within ten (10) days of any problems. Broken or damaged items should be reported to the carrier USPS/UPS/Fedex.

Remember, we will be 100% honest with you and expect nothing less in return.
